Ponder in Layers

I’m not a patient person. I like to see results. So waiting for a layer of paint to dry before doing the next is not something I jumped into doing. I like the wet on wet style of getting it all in. But that has it’s draw-backs – I get a lot of muddy colors.

Clouds

When I first started painting, I couldn’t figure out clouds. I would look at tutorials, pull up some Bob Ross episodes, and try my best, but I just couldn’t get it. I have, through practice, learned how to have a light touch and do many layers to get them just right. Clouds I Oil on
